Library Board and Board Meetings
There is a seven member Board of Trustees for the Library. Each member serves a five-year term. The Board of Trustees meets every second Monday of the month at 5:00 PM (except in August when there is no meeting), in the Board/Staff meeting room on the second floor of the library. If the second Monday of the month falls on a legal holiday, then the meeting is held the following day.
The board meetings are open to the public (unless otherwise noted), and the public is always invited to attend.

Digital archives of meetings can be found here, whether of Meeting Minutes, recorded online video meetings, or both.
Please note that Meeting Minutes are not publicly available until after they have been officially approved, typically at the following month’s Regular Board Meeting.
The board meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:00 pm with the following exceptions:
- No meeting in August
- If a holiday falls on the 2nd Monday, the meeting is on Tuesday.
- There are occasionally special meetings (rare) and (even rarer) meetings are cancelled and rescheduled.

Board meetings follow an agenda as outlined in the Library ByLaws. Until or unless an agenda is made available for a specific date, the ByLaws can and will act as either an interim, or planned agenda.
