Kindness Day Care Kits

If you find yourself in need of essential personal care items, you can visit the library and speak to a librarian at the Information or Reference Desks and ask for a Care Kit. The kits will be available while supplies last. Please note that only one Care Kit is available per person. This service project is inspired by the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce Leap of Kindness Day. Thank you to Franklin Community Center for partnering with us!
Leap of Kindness Day - Leap of Kindness Day was celebrated by the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce to inspire our members and community to use their extra day - February 29 - on Leap Year, 2016 to do something kind for someone else. On February 29, 2016 hundreds of local organizations helped thousands of local people. At the Saratoga Springs Public Library, the tradition continues even on nonleap years!
