SaratogaREADS! 2026 Programming

Since 2005, SaratogaREADS! has invited all members of the Saratoga Springs community to participate in a shared reading experience, and to take part in conversations and events inspired by an annual reading selection chosen by the community. By popular vote, The Soul of an Octopus by Sy Montgomery is the SaratogaREADS! selection for 2026. This year’s SaratogaREADS! Jr. companion selection is Pax by Sara Pennypacker. Programming will begin in February, run through March, and culminate with our Capstone Event on March 21st, when Sy Montgomery joins us at Skidmore College’s Gannett Auditorium.
