Public Meeting Rooms
We offer three (3) meeting rooms, found below, for community groups and agencies to use when not in use by the library. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a room, some steps must be followed.
Same-Day, Walk-In Usage
The public meeting room spaces on the lower level - the Glasby Room and Susman Room - are available on a first-come, first-serve basis if the room is not already reserved, or in-use. As with all of our meeting room usage, public spaces are open to the public, and so may need to be shared. Walk-in usage is not guaranteed, and cannot be held over the phone.
The service desk staff of The Children’s Room handle sign-in of walk-in meeting room usage.

Parking Availability
As of July, 2024, to prioritize access for patrons that monetarily support our services, the library parking lot is now a library parking lot, and not a general city lot. Saratoga Springs City School District residents may apply for a free library parking permit. Parking is not permitted without the permit during library hours. For more information on this change, please familiarize yourself with our Parking Lot information page and the related policy.
On-street parking is still available throughout the city. City parking lots are now paid lots for non-residents from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Residents must also apply for a free city parking permit (different from the library parking permit) each year to be eligible to park for free.
