Outreach Services

What is Outreach?

Outreach is a service designed to help us allow access to our services for patrons of any age. Our staff can bring requested items from the library to patrons who are using this service. The library has a large selection of fiction and non-fiction books. In addition, we have many items that may be of interest to the visually or hearing impaired person. These include:

  • Audio Books
  • DVDs and Videos
  • Large Print Books

Who may use this service?

If you are unable to get to the library due to a disability or illness, we invite you to apply for our Outreach Program. The program is available to Saratoga Springs City School District residents of any age. We offer our service to residents with either a temporary or permanent disability, and it is free of charge.

For consideration, please fill out an application form (PDF format) and return it to the Library or you may call the library at 518-584-7860 extension 228 for assistance.
