Please note that the City of Saratoga Springs is implementing its seasonal paid parking program early this year, on Friday, May 22. This will affect parking in the Library-owned parking lot between the hours of 6pm and 9am. A Library Parking Lot permit is required to park in the lot between 9am and 6pm year-round.

Beginning Friday, May 22, 2026, through Labor Day, on days the library open, Library Parking Lot Permit Holders may park for free between 9am and 9pm, and for $2 per hour between 9pm and 9am. Between 9am and 6pm parking is limited to 3 hours.

Non-permit holders may park in the Library Lot for $2 per hour between 6pm and 9am, and may NOT park in the lot between 9am and 6pm on days the library is open.

On days the library is closed (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day), parking is $2 per hour for all vehicles.
