Solar Bench
The winter’s cold temperatures seemed to take a toll on the storage batteries and after their replacement, it is fully functional again.
Library Grounds
An additional project to the usual outdoor seasonal list was reclaiming some of the old brick walk ways, separating sidewalks and grass areas.
Fire Inspection
We did everything in our control to pass the Fire Inspection, but they found the elevator was not in compliance. Their system showed an inspection from the time of commissioning was not completely processed in their system. After working with Plank Construction and KONE, that information has been corrected and up to date. Otherwise, the inspection was a success and even received positive comments on how clean and clear all the spaces are. Thank you all!
Cooling Tower
Passed the Legionella test and monthly bacteriological tests and continues keeping up with the buildings cooling demands.
