Get free access to The New York Times News, Games, Cooking, The Wirecutter, and The Athletic — including apps — from anywhere. Whether you are at the library or at home, you can access the full world of The New York Times from anywhere with 24-hour access codes.

Your access includes everything The New York Times offers:

Publicly Available Content Database

Over 3,000 scholarly journals, and trade journals, magazines, reports and conference papers published from a number of different sources around the world. Includes content from major subject repositories such as arXiv as well as open access journals.

Saratoga Room Digital Exhibits

A collection of photographs, letters, objects, maps, audio recordings - and other history - put into a digital format on the web, and told through story to bring the objects to life. The digitized items (and more) can be found within the Saratoga (Local History) Room of the Saratoga Springs Public Library.

Teacher Reference Center

A complimentary research database for teachers, Teacher Reference Center (TRC) provides indexing and abstracts for more than 230 peer-reviewed journals.

Tech-Talk

“Tech-Talk: contains easy-to-read articles, videos, and other fun stuff with the tips and tricks you need to be competitive in today’s hi-tech world. Available as a website, an app, and a weekly newsletter (sign up).

Teen Health and Wellness

Access teen-friendly articles on topics including diseases, drugs and alcohol, nutrition, mental health and more. Material contained in this database is valuable for teens in middle and high school, parents and educators.

The New York Times Historical (From 1851)

Offers complete newspaper records, cover-to-cover, including article, and full-page images in an easily downloadable PDF format. All available records are searchable, including images. Coverage includes: editorials, letters to the editor, obituaries and death notices, birth and marriage announcements, historical photos, classifieds, and display advertisements.

Due to publisher restrictions, there is a three-year gap of availability, from the current year, in coverage.

The Wall Street Journal Online

Access to in-depth coverage by reporters on the ground when news happens, all over the world, with sources and market insights. WSJ provides news on topics from business and the economy to politics, tech and much more.

Value Line provides investment research on stocks, mutual funds, options and convertibles, and offers a family of no-load mutual funds. Updated every Friday at noon.
