Public Meeting Rooms

The Saratoga Springs Public Library maintains three meeting rooms which may be used by community groups and agencies (not individuals) when not being used for library purposes, subject to guidelines approved by the library board. Groups must complete a Meeting Room User Registration form and a Meeting Room Request form in order to reserve one of the rooms. Confirmation by a staff member is necessary.

All rooms are supplied with wireless internet access, a DVD/VCR and Television, and computer (either Macintosh or PC) hookups to a projector. Computers and/or computer peripherals are not provided.

Downtown Saratoga parking areas.
There is a two-hour parking limit in most lots.

Community Room
H. Dutcher Community Room		 Approximate dimension: 58' x 38'
120 people maximum
Comes with:
120 chairs, 15 tables, kitchen, large coffee maker, platform stage (24' by 14'), lectern, public address system, video projector and screen, piano (on the stage)
Susman Room
Susman Room		 Approximate dimension: 27' x 20'
30 people maximum
Comes with:
30 chairs, 3 tables, sink, 15 cup coffee maker, white board, tack board, video projector and screen
Glasby Room

20 people maximum
